Privacy notice

This notice covers the public website at https://imona.com. Product processing of customer employee data is governed by the customer's agreement and DPA — not this page.

Controller

Imona Technologies (Netherlands) is the controller for website visitor data collected through this site. Contact for privacy requests: [NEEDS INPUT: privacy contact email].

What we collect

  • Essential: session cookies required for the site to function, including consent preference storage.
  • Analytics (only with consent): page views and conversion events via GA4; LinkedIn Insight Tag; optional visitor-identification script if configured.
  • Lead and booking data: name, email, company, role, and campaign attribution when you book a walkthrough or download a gated asset. Stored in our database and, when configured, forwarded to HubSpot.
  • UTM parameters: campaign tags from the URL, held in session storage so a later booking can be attributed to the campaign that brought you.

Legal bases

Consent for analytics and advertising tags. Legitimate interests / contract steps for lead capture when you request a demo or asset. You can withdraw analytics consent by clearing site data and choosing Essential only on the next visit.

Retention

Lead and conversion records are retained while useful for sales follow-up and attribution, [NEEDS INPUT: exact retention period in months]. You may request deletion of personal data we hold about you.

Processors

  • Hosting and application runtime (Hostinger / AWS as applicable for the product)
  • Email delivery (SMTP provider configured for this site)
  • HubSpot (when HUBSPOT_TOKEN is configured)
  • Cal.com (when you use the booking embed)
  • YouTube, privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), for the product film on the homepage — only after you press play. Nothing is requested from YouTube before that.
  • Google Analytics / Google Ads / LinkedIn (only after analytics consent)

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority (for the Netherlands, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
