Insurance agent performance you can move inside the quarter
Imona turns premium targets, product mastery and persistency into missions your agency and field networks complete, with standing an agent can check the same day rather than in an annual statement.

Your agents are not your employees. They run their own businesses, they carry more than one insurer, and the product they reach for first is decided by confidence rather than by your commission table.
Incentives settle too late to teach anything
An annual scheme tells an agent in March how they did last year. The behaviour that produced it is twelve months cold, and nobody changed anything in between because nobody could see anything in between.
Cross-sell fails on knowledge, not on intent
An agent who is unsure of the technical detail defers the conversation. They do not record it as a lost cross-sell — they simply do not raise it, and it never appears in any report.
The agency network is a long tail you cannot visit
Your regional managers cover the top agencies properly. The remaining several thousand get a newsletter and a portal login, and their activation rate reflects it.
Persistency is somebody else's metric
Retention is measured centrally and felt nowhere. The agent who wrote a policy that lapsed in month seven has no visible connection to that outcome.
5,000 users across a regulated insurance agency network
Allianz Sigorta runs its agencies' home, commercial property and health product targets on Imona with 5,000 users. MetLife runs branch-visit and daily activity planning for 150 financial advisors. Both are regulated insurance environments that completed security and compliance review.
Allianz Sigorta — 5,000 users
A regulated insurer put its agency network on the platform. Security and compliance review is a solved problem, not an open risk.
Metrics you already report, as actions people can take today
Insurance performance is not one number. Imona maps the specific measures your distribution actually runs on into missions at agent and agency level.
Premium performance against target
Close the gap to your quarterly premium target in your strongest line
Progress visible daily rather than in an annual incentive statement
Product mix / cross-sell ratio
Complete the product-mastery journey for the line you sell least, then place three policies in it
Mastery journey first, live target second — the knowledge gap is closed before the target lands
Policy persistency
Complete the renewal-conversation route for policies approaching month 12
Ties a central retention metric to a specific action in the agent's own book
Quote-to-bind ratio
Work the objections that end your quotes, then convert on five open quotes
Mentor identifies the pattern from the agent's own quote history
Agency activation
Place first business in a line this agency has never written
Targets the long tail your regional managers cannot visit
Regulatory training hours
Clear the mandatory distribution training before the deadline
A level gate rather than a compliance chase email

A mentor for every agent, including the several thousand nobody visits.
The mentor looks at an agent's own book, finds the line they never write, and gives them the specific objection-handling scenario that ends those conversations — then the three-policy target once the scenario is cleared. A regional manager could do this for twenty agencies. The mentor does it for the whole network, as a personalised notification to each agent.

What buyers in this workforce ask before they book
Our agents are independent businesses. We cannot mandate anything.
Correct, and that is the design assumption. Nothing in Imona depends on a mandate. Agents participate because standing, progress and target visibility are things they want — Allianz Sigorta runs exactly this across 5,000 users in its agency network.
We are regulated. We cannot incentivise volume over suitability.
Missions are configured against the measures you choose, and in regulated deployments those normally include suitability and persistency rather than raw volume. Because you can gate a live sales target behind a completed product-mastery journey, the structure actually pushes the other way: an agent cannot reach the target for a line until they have demonstrated they understand it.
How does this sit alongside our existing commission plan?
It sits on top of it and does not replace it. The commission plan settles money; Imona makes the standing visible daily and attaches the behaviour to it. Most deployments keep the financial scheme exactly as it is in year one.
Mandatory distribution training hours — can this carry them?
Training completion can be a tracked mission and a level gate, and completion records write back through the API to your LMS or system of record. Imona is not a replacement for a system of record for regulatory training. [NEEDS INPUT: confirm which regulatory training-record integrations are already certified]
What about customer data? Agents work with policyholder records.
Imona works from performance measures, not policyholder records. The integration reads aggregate and per-agent metrics — premium against target, quote counts, product mix — and does not require customer-identifiable data to function. Data residency and access control are covered on the security page.
Our agents are older and not technical. Adoption will be the problem.
The interfaces are the ones a phone already trains people on: a progress route, a target, a leaderboard. The largest deployment on the platform runs at 200,000 users across all 81 provinces of Turkey, including places with no field support at all.
A controlled rollout, not a big-bang launch
Days 1–30
One region, one product line
- Connect premium, quote and product-mix data from your existing distribution reporting
- Build the product-mastery journey for a single line where cross-sell is weakest
- Set the agency bracketing so small agencies compete in a fair comparison group
- Launch to one region rather than the whole network
Days 31–60
Mentor layer and the long tail
- Turn on per-agent next-best-action based on each agent's own book
- Extend to the low-activation agencies your regional managers do not reach
- Add persistency and renewal-conversation missions
- Give distribution managers the drift view against agency trajectory
Days 61–90
Network-wide
- Roll out remaining regions and product lines
- Move journey authoring to your own product and training teams via the AI Game Designer
- Set the standing measure set for the next incentive period
Short answers for search and procurement
Does Imona work for independent insurance agents rather than employees?
Yes. Allianz Sigorta runs its agencies' home, commercial property and health product targets on Imona across 5,000 users, and the platform assumes participation driven by standing rather than by a management mandate.
Can product training be required before a sales target applies?
Yes. A live sales target can be gated behind a completed product-mastery journey, so an agent reaches the target for a line only after demonstrating they understand it.
Which insurance deployments can Imona reference?
Allianz Sigorta for agency home, commercial property and health product targets at 5,000 users, and MetLife for branch-visit and daily activity planning across 150 financial advisors.
