Context
Where this deployment sits
Allianz Sigorta distributes through an agency network. Each agency is an independent business with its own priorities, and each carries products from more than one insurer. Performance on home, commercial property and health lines depends on which product an agent reaches for first.
Problem
What was not moving
Incentive schemes in agency distribution are usually annual, opaque and settled in arrears. An agent finds out how they did months after the behaviour that produced it. By then the quarter is gone and the scheme has taught nobody anything.
What was deployed
Modules and mechanics on the platform
- Home, commercial property and health product targets expressed as visible missions with progress an agent can check the same day
- Product-mastery journeys covering the technical detail that separates a confident cross-sell from a deferred one
- Agency-level and agent-level leaderboards scoped by comparable book size, so a small agency competes in a fair bracket
- AI mentor sending each agent personalised notifications on which product gap in their own book to work next
What changed
Outcomes and operating evidence
- Target standing on home, commercial property and health lines moved from an annual statement to a daily view for 5,000 users
- Product knowledge and target performance became visible in the same place, so the training and the target stopped being separate conversations
- Deployment cleared the security and compliance review of a regulated European insurance group
- The agent is pointed at the gap in their own book while the quarter is still open, rather than learning it from an annual statement settled in arrears
