Company

Company details

  • Netherlands BV

We contract with our European customers through our Netherlands BV. The contract, the data processing agreement (DPA) and the commercial relationship all stay inside the EU.

  • Markets

Turkey, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom first, then Germany, Spain and the United States.

  • Operating model

We are an experienced team. Most routine work is handled by AI agents we run in-house, so the team’s time goes to customers and projects.

Turkey

Our experience in Turkey

We developed Imona in Turkey. So far we have worked with 216,650 users across 8 deployments.

These were not easy environments. They include banks and insurers with strict audit processes, a dealer network with 7,500 active users, and a national programme reaching 200,000 users in all 81 provinces.

Yapı Kredi Bankası and Allianz Insurance both ran their own information-security review before going live. The platform we offer in Europe is the same one that passed those reviews.

Our approach

What we believe

Companies have a CRM for customers and an ERP for operations. But most have no system that follows and improves how employees learn, work and perform.

Today this area is managed in pieces. BI reports measure the result, an LMS delivers training, and gamification is often just points and badges added afterwards. The gap in between is left to managers, and no manager can reach every employee.

Imona exists for that gap. At its centre is a behavioural model, with an AI mentor running on top of it. That is also why our deployments are with teams spread across the field, branches and dealer networks, where a manager has the hardest time keeping up.

We open new roles when a project needs them.

We have no open roles at the moment. Still, we would like to meet people with enterprise sales or customer success experience in regulated sectors such as banking and insurance in the Netherlands, Germany or the UK.
